"Very comfortable place!"

"I truly wanted to love this hotel, as the pictures looked beautiful and it was our last night in Colombia, but unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations. We received a complimentary bottle of wine with our booking, but there was no corkscrew in the room. After going downstairs to reception, we were given a broken one and had to go back again (because you can’t call from your room). The receptionist eventually came to our room, searched the kitchen himself, and still couldn’t find one....

"It was our first time in Cartagena, and let me just tell you this was the best place to stay for us. Super close to all the cute streets nearby. Easy to walk around and super safe."
