當到達一樂堂入住時，門口還未進入，就已給一位會說簡單英語的女士截住，說房間已給其他住客包住了，所以不能提供房間給我們，然後要求我們轉住另一韓屋:三樂軒，我們跟她說二個房間的房租早已在網上支付，跟本不能找藉口，而一樂堂負責的女士只懂說韓語，跟本不能直接溝通，無奈下只好接受轉至三樂軒住宿，說實話，三樂軒提供的住宿及早餐是可接受的，但退房時間就提早至10點半，對於一樂堂這種接待客人的手法，實應列入黑名單內

한옥이라 걱정했는데 깨끗하고 편리했습니다. 그리고 투숙객에 한해서 한복 대여를 30% 할인해주셔서 좋았어요,. 다만 게스트하우스의 꽃인 조식 제공이 안되고 좁고 마당이 없는점. 아쉽습니다.
