Korean style mattresses can be a little hard for westerners, but the rooms, staff, facilities, amd area are all so amazing that its easy to overlook a harder mattress than i am used to! Wonderful stay!

The room condition is okay-ish, but it would be great to improve, for example the electric plug is not compatible with international standard. Staff helps sometimes but there is room to improve, for example improvement of English speaking.

We were assigned a suite on the 8th floor. The moment we entered the room, we were greeted by a strong musty, damp smell that seemed to be coming from the air conditioner or somewhere in the room. It did not feel like the room had been properly ventilated. Since it was a room with cooking facilities, I understand that odors can sometimes linger. However, there were numerous food splatters on the wallpaper, which made the room feel poorly maintained. More importantly, there was a dead mosquito stuck on the glass partition inside the shower booth, as if someone had swatted it and it had never been cleaned. It made us seriously question whether the room had been properly inspected before our arrival. In addition, due to fire safety inspections, the alarm sounded several times during both the afternoon and the following morning, which was quite disruptive. The TV also had connectivity issues—it frequently disconnected, and at times there was no sound at all. These problems made our stay even more disappointing. This was our first stay at a Sono property, but based on this experience, I’m not sure if we would choose Sono Belle again. The bed was comfortable, but honestly, it was no better than the beds at many 3- or 4-star hotels in Hamdeok or downtown Jeju. If you’re planning a romantic getaway as a couple, I honestly cannot recommend staying here.

The quality of room is very bad

No door for shower enclosure, water flooded in toilet. No air conditioning in two rooms. Furniture and wall old and torn. Floor mattress for sleeping is so thin that it shouldn’t be regarded as mattress. No swimming pool for a resort hotel, very disappointing. A very bad experience for our family. Charged a high price for a resort hotel but the quality of room is the worse in our travel in Jeju. Should give 1 star! Because of outlook and near to beach, Marginal for 2 stars ranking.

직원도 친절했고 방 구성까지는 좋았는데, 방 에서 벌레를 두마리나 잡았어요. 방충망을 열지 않았기 때문에 미리 들어와 있던 것 같은데, 아무튼 미리 잡았기에 별도의 컴플레인은 안 했으나, 소노벨 측에서는 알고 계시면 좋겠습니다.

C동에 있었어요. 야자수와 어우러진 바다 전망은 너무 멋졌어요. 첫 이미지는 오래되었지만 아주 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있다는 느낌이었습니다. 그리고 체크인도 빨랐어요. 그런데 한가지 아쉬운 건 주차 공간이 좁고 주자칸이 매우 좁다입니다. 특히 마음대로 멋대로 주차한 비매너 투숙객으로 인해 주차 공간이 많이 버려지고 있었어요.
