This is my second stay at Olle Tourist Hotel three years apart and each stay was perfect! My room was super clean and comfortable and the hosts went over and beyond to help with information about places we wanted to visit. This meant so much to us because I had a knee injury and they helped me know how to navigate the island of Jeju with my limitations. The host was so kind and lovely. If I return to Jeju God willing I will stay at Olle Tourist Hotel again.

I stayed here with my elder parents and two young children. None of them felt safe here. There are a lot of tourists and the smoking area is right at the front. The property was filled with the smokey smell everywhere. They offered the parking, but it was packed. If you plan to park the car here, you need to be proficient in driving. Also, the room appeared to be clean. However, looking at the outer condition of the property, my family could not get over the idea that it may not have been cleaned. It just felt dirty. We would not stay here again.

The English name of the hotel is only shown on the electronic display unit which is not easily visible for overseas customers, I spent more than an hour to locate the hotel. moreover the attitude of the female receptionist was so poor that she was so arrogent towards the customers"s needs.

투숙객을 좀 배려해주세요

3박 연박을 했습니다. 연박을 해서 오전 중에는 좀 쉬고 싶은데, 아침에 문을 두드리고 수건을 바꿔주는 과정에서 좀 불친절했습니다. 3박 마지막에는 11시에 시간 맞춰 나가라고 이야기 하시고는 11시에 문앞에서 기다리고 계시더군요. 조금 편히 쉬다가 갈 수 있게 배려해주시길 바랍니다.

受付のときに、ホテルのミスで登録されていなかったようだ。 部屋が空いていたので、問題なく泊まれたが、ちょっと不安だった。 それとも、これもボイコットジャパンの洗礼でしょうか？ その他は問題なし。 朝食が無料なのに美味かった。

미리 예약하고 가면 3만원.. 현장에서 결재하면 4만원...ㅋㅋ 중국 관광객이 많아서 그런지 중국 사람들의 특유의 향이 좀 납니다. 금액대비해서 방도 넓고 시설도 사용 할 만 했습니다. 깨끗한 시설을 원하시는 분들은 조금 생각을 해 보셔야 할 것 같아요.

호텔스닷컴에서 예약 사항(조식 포함)을 제대로 전달해주지 않아 확인하느라 담당자와 통화하기 위해 전화를 오래 붙잡고 있었는데 원래대로 예약사항은 이행되지 않았습니다. 제시한 해결책 현장지불 후 영수증을 메일로 보내면 후불로 지급하는 안을 제시해서 결국 조식을 포기했습니다.내놓는 대안이 최선인지 만족스럽지 않았습니다.

편리한 생활권에 있었어요.

제주시 중심에 있어 아주 편리했어요. 늦은 저녁까지 식사 및 주점 이용 가능했어요. 잠도 잘 잤어요. 특히 공항과 너무 가까웠어요. 택시비 5천원 정도 입니다.
