"Pool area was ok, pool bar really nonexistent. Mold in the shower, bed was a little hard. Staff was very nice. A/C would shut off randomly even when hotel key was in slot."
"Very nice resort. We love that breakfast was included. The staff at check in and out were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. The Jeju Stone museum is near by as is the Snoopy Garden. Our only complaint would be the diner buffet, we wish they would rotate the dishes more. It was the same almost every night"
"Fresh towels, clean room and great air conditioning. Laundry is available 24 hours and accessible floor level machines, Didn't avail myself to the hotel cane's breakfast and other meals as there are plenty of choices outside."

No toilet accessories provided so be informed ahead. Beds were a bit too “bouncy” for my liking. Reasonably quiet."
"We stayed 7 nights. The breakfast was good with some minor issues (coffee from automated espresso machine was not quite hot enough), but the servers were excellent! There was an ocean view from the top floor breakfast dining room. It would have been helpful if they had a washer & dryer on site but we knew they didn't when we make the reservation. One reception staff on the day of arrival was neither friendly nor helpful when asking for directions to a self-service laundromat outside of hotel. The hotel definitely needs some renovation. Towels had moldy smell probably due to the wash machine they or supplier used. Lobby furniture and rooms finishes looked a little shabby. We would probably stay again. Hopefully after some renovation though."
