We really enjoyed the Korean style room. Room was very spacious, bedding was very comfortable. Really liked having that nice cafe in the lobby. Situated close to airport.

Wonderful hotel located within walking distance of Lotte duty free a common meeting point for Jeju day trips as well as lots of dining places. Staff are very helpful and speak good English. A fabulous stay and the styler in the room is great to dry our clothes when it rains in Jeju

I enjoyed my experience at Hotel Leo. The most memorable part of the experience was how hospitable, kind and helpful the staff was (in particular the assistant manager on duty, Helen). Would recommend!

Helen at the front desk was phenomenal!!! She was so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us in whatever it was we needed! The lobby of the hotel was small but our room was spacious and we loved the location.

Great hotel with excellent staff! Location was very good for what we needed. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Rooftop restaurant is a must, even for just an evening cocktail - great views!!

Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful 👍 Hotel location convenient, with a laundry self service shop nearby(note not on site). Our triple bed room was comfortable and clean.

Great location

AMazing service to be pick up airport on arrival even hotel is a short ride from airport. We had NO luck with the reception lady when we arrives evening ..she told us only Korean. Apart from this strange check-in experience-next amazing lady was nice to explain everything we need to know - Breakfast fits tourist and locals. Location perfect for tourist city and Island

It’s all good.

The only thing that came up was there was a musky smell from the carpet near the door of the bathroom. We informed the Hotel and they suppose to do something about it. Obviously it was short notice but next day after we left the Hotel they must have done something and there was hardly any smell. Coffee and tea bags are available if you require more just ask at the desk. The hotel staff were all very friendly pleasant and helpful. Air conditioner is well powerful can get room pretty cold. I would advise people not to set it too low as one could wake up with a cold or flu. All in all this Hotel we would definitely rank as one of the best we have stayed in and it was very reasonable priced.

My party of 2 had a wonderful stay at Hotel Leo. The room was clean and well kept. Special shout out to Helen for going above and beyond with her services. She gave us restaurant and shopping recommendations and always addressed all our questions and concerns. She is definitely amazing. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Highly recommended

Best location. Room is cleansed daily. Provided full sets of toiletries. Receptionists were all friendly and making the stay very welcome and pleasant. For the price paid, no complaints but recommended to all for those want to stay in city. A stone away from shopping street.

The hotel location is great but the condition of the hotel is below average for us as a couple. The room we were given was dusty, the LG styler smells moldy so we couldn't use it. The room temperature was warm but we were able to open the window.

Most of the hotel staff can speak English and are very professional & helpful; able to answer and help with our queries. We like it that there is LG Styler in the room and we can use it free of charge to clean our coats before we head home. There are many dining options just behind the hotel and across the road and two convenient stores. We could easily get a taxi to airport with help of reception staff within minutes in the early morning and the airport was just 5 mins drive away. Some areas for considerations for improvement: It would be good that customers be informed that the temperature of air-con in the room cannot be controlled using the TV remote. It was quite stuffy for us on the first night. When we called the reception, he turned on something on the aircon but did not mention that we can adjust the temperature using the tv remote to our comfort level. The electronic panel on the wall only indicates the room temperature but temp cannot be adjusted using it. Also the lightings in the room are controlled by the electronic panel, we were not sure how to leave a light on for the night. So we left the toilet light on, but it will eventually be turned off; kind of dark to make way to toilet. The room layout could be improved as after putting the table and chair in between the bed and long table, there is little room to walk and could be hazard to walk round in the dark at night.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Leo. I was only in Jeju for 2 full days and so wanted to be close to the airport. The hotel was really convenient, taxis are fairly cheap from the airport and there are also a number of buses that go very close to the hotel (and it’s only a few stops away from the airport + T money card works here). The hotel was also close to my day tour pick up point (literally a couple of minutes away). I was here during Chuseok so quite a few places were closed but in normal times, there are lots of food options nearby. On the hotel itself, the elevator was quick and efficient. My room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Shower was great + electric toilet. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers. There was a kettle in the room, a fridge, a hairdryer and a big tv (with Netflix). An LG steamer also in the room which was exciting but when I actually tried it, I found it took too long and results weren’t great. Still a cool contraption to try. Water bottles provided every day and fresh towels. All the above made this a great stay but what added the cherry to the cake was Helen (the assistant manager) who was a dream and just amazing at her job. She made me feel welcome the second I arrived and I felt like I had a friend who gave me great recommendations every evening. She really is a star! To note, I tried the buffet breakfast once, it was ok but not amazing. I wouldn’t get it daily.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8-days stay at this hotel. It has everything on our checklist: great breakfast at reasonable price, well laid out room, easy walks to everything (shoppings, restaurants, night market, subway, bus, Lotte department), super helpful staffs (ask for Becky who speaks perfect English). Great little hotel near to jeju airport. It’s a very short walk to pickup points for all tours around the island and is located in a central area with a lot of shopping and dining options. The room is generously sized with a good bathroom. It even has a laundry/steaming closet in the room.

櫃檯人員可以用英文溝通，部分人員會說中文，有代客泊車服務，出發前10分鐘跟櫃台人員說，就能在停車入口取車離開前櫃檯人員會幫你把行李辦到車上去，服務態度很好！唯一缺點是冷氣會有怪聲音，睡到一半會被吵醒
