저는 렌트카가 있어서 일단 교통편에 문제가 전혀 없었어요. 부모님, 제 아이, 아이 아빠와 일부러 조용한 곳에서 지내려 계획했기에 한라산에서 가까운 곳에서 자고 말을 본다는 숙소가 저희에게는 꽤 매력적이었어요. 직원분들 서비스도 훌륭합니다. 바베큐 꼭 하세요. 참고로 저희는 여기서 3일 지냈고 이 루트로 여행을 갔습니다. 숙소-한라산 1100고지 (가벼운 산책을 위한 습지공원)-서귀포 자연휴양림-서귀포 올레시장-중문 관광단지-함덕해수욕장. 엠버 리조트 옆 앰버 퓨어힐 공사중이던데 다음에 오면 여기로 오겠어요!

파리때와 에어컨 없는 리조트..

성수기 1박 60.. 망가진 건강 한라산 공기 마시며 쉬려고 장박했는데 입실하니 파리채가 있더군요. 리조트안에 잡아도 잡아도 파리때가 끝이 없어요. 원인이 바로 옆에 큰 승마장 말들의 배설물들 때문이었어요. 지도 보세요. 큰 승마장이 바로 붙어있음 말들 뛰어노는거 한라산 전망과함께 환상일거같죠. 환상은 무슨 환장입니다 정말 밥먹을때 잘때 파리와의 전쟁에.. 창문열면 배설물냄새 휴 게다가 거실에는 에어컨이 없어요 방에만 있어서 이더위에 너무 힘들었고 내가 이돈주고 뭐하는짓인가 싶었네요 에어컨이 없는 리조트라니.... 리셉션 직원들은 친절하고 좋은데 리셉션 위생도 너무 산만하고 침대며 이것저것 다 노출되있고 에휴. 친절땜에 별두개지 정말 잊고싶은 휴가 너무 힘들었어요 산속이라 택시도 잘 안잡혀요 지나가는택시 겨우오지 일부러 안와요 기사님들께서 일부러는 여기까지 안온다함 고려하세요 귀국할때 택시안와서 미칠뻔.... 어휴

금새 다음 제주 여행을 계획하게 만든 리조트

전체적으로 감동받은 리조트였습니다. 엠버 리조트때문에라도 곧 제주 여행 다시 와야지 하고 돌아갔습니다. 마지막날 아침엔 하루 더 머물고 싶어 즉흥적으로 여행 일정 하루 더 늘려 항공권도 바꾸고 연차도 쓸까까지 고민한 정도였습니다. 1. 객실에 들어서자 마자 현관에서 풍기는 향기가 매우 인상적이었고, 이는 고객의 경험을 세심하게 배려한다는 인상을 받았습미다. 2. 거실, 각 방에서 보이는 잔디밭 풍경은 제주 그 자체였고, 흐린 날씨임에도 힐링이 되었습니다. 3. 냉장고에 구비된 웰컴 드링크와 과일은 어느 특급호텔들 보다도 좋았습니다. 4. 욕실 어메니티가 무려 불가리, 헤어 드라이어 등 잘 포낭되어 놓여있는 것에 감동받았습니다. 5. 침구가 깨끗하고 푹신하고 좋았고, 방 하나는 온돌방이라 아이와 지내기 더 좋았습니다. 6. 조식. 정말 감동이었고 스태프들의 정성이 느껴졌습니다. 7. 체크아웃 후 이용할 콜택시를 불러주시고자 여성 스태프께서 많이 노력해주셨고 리조트 전용 샌딩 서비스 등도 알아봐주시고 친절하게 대응해주셔서 감사했습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점 몇가지. 이부분들만 보완된다면 완벽할 것 같습니다. 1. 103호 객실의 거실 욕실 샤워부스 유리문 너무 위험합니다. 문이 고정이 안되어 세면대 대리석 모서리 쯤에 쿵쿵 부딪힙니다. 자칫하다 유리가 깨질것 같기도 하고 아이도 손을 쪘습니다. 2. 안방 화장실 세면대 막혀 물이 잘 안내려갑니다. 3. 거실 식탁 다리 쪽 바닥 지지대 부분이 바닥보다 약 1센치쯤 들떠있어 아이와 저 모두 발이 끼며 찧었습니다. 4. 뷰가 좋아 발코니에서 티를 마시려 나갔는데 데크 바닥이 너무 더러웠고 테이블과 의자가 더러워 사용을 못했습니다. 5. 잔디에서 할 액티비티프로그램들이 개발되면 좋을 것 같습니다. 힐링 요가 수업, 다도 체험, 아이들과 할 간단한 요리체험 등이요. 그럼 더 제주에서의 힐링을 원하는 사람들에게 좋은 어필 점이 될 듯 합니다~ 9월에 다시 꼭 방문하겠습니다.

너무너무 잘 쉬다 왔습니다^^

한라산 천백고지 오르는 길에 위치한 프라이빗한 멋진 리조트! 방과 거실의 창 밖으로 넓은 처원이 펼쳐져 있어 아이들이 신나게 뛰어놀고 좋아했어요! 직원분들 친절하시고 미니바, 어메니티 훌륭하고 조식이 생각보다 훌륭했어요, 아메리칸 스타일로 나왔는데 아이들 모두 잘 먹었구요 체크아웃시 트래블파우치도 선물로 주시고 정말 좋은 숙박이였어요 ❤

지친일상을 달래기 위해 제주여행중 첫 숙박장소였는데 한마디로 최고입니다 마치 동남아 최고 리조트를 방문한듯한 서비스와 고객 배려의 디테일은 감동스럽기까지 하네요 무엇보다 리조트 주변 풍경과 인테리어들이 제주 탑클래스라고 확신합니다 가족 모두 다음 방문시 꼭 다시 올거라고 노래하네요 ㅋㅋ 친절하고 맛있는 조식을 숙소까지 전달해준 직원들에게 감사드립니다 꼭 다음에 또 뵈어요~

제주도 한라산 중턱 자연속 세상과 독립된 최고의 힐링플레이스!

기존 리조트를 매우 럭셔리하게 리모델링한것으로 보이며, 내부 집기 가구 시설등이 매우 럭셔리합니다. 특히 홈시에터도 구축해놓은 대형 스크린 빔프로젝터가 인상깊네요. 주변 자연경관이 압도적이고 드넓은 잔디밭에서의 바베큐 (추가비용)가 압권입니다. 정말정말 친절한 직원분들에 사은품도 주시고, 등산스틱에 삼다수도 챙겨주시고 가족들과 정말 좋은 시간 보내게 해준 곳이라 감사하네요. 매우 고귀한혈통인 페르시안 고양이도 우리를 반겨줍니다. 참고로 중국기업 앰버에서 운영중인지 중국직원분들 보이시며, 조식은 약간 아쉬웠습니다.

조용하고 안락한 여행을 선물해준 곳

산속에 공기 너무 좋았고요 저희방은 침대룸 온돌룸 있었고 스타일러가 있어서 편리했어요 ㅋ그리고 잔디가 너무 좋았고요 조식도 맛있게 먹었습니다~ 일류요리사의 음식은 아닐지라도 정갈하게 차려져있었어요 안내해주시는 분들도 너무 친절하시고요 불편한거 하나도없었습니다~~^^카라반도 빌렸는데 너무 안락하고 좋더라구요 다음에 또 갈게요

힐링받고 왔어요

한라산 숙소를 찾다가 여기를 예약 잡았습니다. 생각보다 너무 좋았어요. 카라반이 공간이 조금 작지만 둘이서는 충분합니다. 고양이 2마리가 사람을 하나도 안 무서워요. 사진 찍어 주려니 포즈도 엄청 잘 잡아요. ㅋㅋ 날씨 너무 좋아서 프런트 직원이 연을 주셔서 무료체험하라고 하시네요. 어렸을 때 했던 연날리기를 오랜만에 해서 참 새롭고 기분이 묘해요. 암튼 인적이 한적한 한라산에서 이번에 정말 힐링받고 왔어요. 다음에도 방문할게요.

주변환경 최고 숙소

가족여행지로 딱좋네요 주변에 아이들 뛰어놀 엄청 넓은 잔디밭도 있고 주변에 승마할수있는곳도 클럽 도 가깝네요. 주차도 집앞에 해서 짐내리기도 좋고 전기차이용 하시는분은 리조트 내부에 전기포트설치 되어 있습니다 대신 안방 화장실 청소가좀불량해서 냄새가 심했고 거실화장실엔 개미가 있었던건 좀 아쉽네요

와우~ 중국기업에서 만든 곳이더군요~~SIHE??라는 그룹 속에 관광사업 뭐라고 나오던데 검색하니까....어쩐지 다들 중국분들이시더라고요~~예약확인차 전화통화하고 체크인하고부터 체크아웃까지 편하게 지내고 갑니다..더 넓히는 공사도 준비중인거 같던데 더 멋져질고 같아서 기대가 크네요 ...산의 맑은 정기를 받아서인지 냐옹이 두놈도 잘 지내더만오 ㅋㅋ 애들도 관리가 잘되어 있는듯 보였오여 위치나 이런건 진짜 대박...방이 사진으로 본거보단 많이 넓진 않았지만 잘 지내고 왔습니다.가족여행으로 갔다왔는데 칭구들이랑도 또 가고싶네요

오후에 도착해서 한창 더울때였어요. 보니까 수영장 설치 되어 있어요. 아들과같이 청벙 청벙～～～너무 신나게 놀았 갖고 사진을 깜빡했어요. 그리고카라반도 완전 색달랐어요. 직원도 아주 친절해요. 일박만 묶었지만 대만족～～～담에 부모님 모시고 일반 객실도 한번 이용 해볼려고～～

조용하고 한적해요 어른들도 좋아하셨어요.. 한라산 정기를 받는 느낌! 근데 지금은 공사 중 소리가 좀 거를리긴 하더라고요 청소가 안되있어서 6시쯤 체크인 가능해져서 짜증났지만 청결 상태는 좋았어요 조식도 이만하면 잘 나온다 싶었고요

만족스러운 숙박

3번째 방문입니다. 직원들 친절하구요. 렌트한 차가 찌그러져서 호텔측에 cctv 요청했는데 문제가 있다면 책임지고 보상해 주겠다는 대답을 받았습니다. 결국 호텔측은 아니었지만.. 사장님의 대처에 더욱 신뢰를 가지게 됐습니다. 아이들 있는 분들 이 호텔 꼭 추천합니다. 한라산 중턱에서 맘껏 뛰어놀게 해주세요~^^

사진과 똑같고 정말예뻐요. 2박숙박했는데.청결하고 좋았어요. 저희는 한라산등반에서 가까운곳을 원해서 위치도 넘 좋았어요. 가족들이 다만족해서 다음에 또 여기로 하자구 하더라구요. 만족만족입니다
