We had a very pleasant experience at the Palette Luxury Mirage Hotel in Jeddah. We booked two rooms through Hotels.com. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were surprised to find that only one room had been confirmed in their system, even though we had been charged for two rooms. Hana, a staff member at the hotel, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She stayed with us and worked tirelessly with customer service until the issue was resolved. Thanks to her efforts, we were successfully accommodated. Thank you, Hana, for your outstanding support and professionalism!

I was in that hotel for 2 days. Hotel services , location was very good , Also I like to mention I was attended by Anwar alsuqir , at reception, he helped me all the way for 2 days stay.

The hotel itself was adequate, although I had trouble booking in. I was told multiple times that my booking didn’t exist and that I would need to find an another hotel. Upon showing them my booking on Expedia they still doubted it for approx. 15 mins before eventually finding my booking.

Par où commencer, premièrement c’était sale ! Il y avait la salle de bain casser tous les tuyaux qui fuient on a pas eu de serviette de tout le séjour obligé de sécher avec les draps ! On leur a demandé des serviettes ils ont dit demain qu’ils en auront mais jamais ils ont en mis pourtant j’ai eu 2-3 fois la réception qui me dit qu’ils ont envoyés quelqu’un mais c’était des foutaises ! Je déconseille fortement cet établissement a fuir !
