"Nice hotel walking distance from everything needed in town."

"There was a musty smell in the elevator and the hallways. The room was reasonably clean but there was mildew on the bathroom shower grout. One of the beds creaked. There was also a lot of noise from people outside (there is a pub downstairs)."

"Parking is limited as the hotel is full to capacity with all the construction workers in and around Jasper....however we got one each night on the property but it was a challenge....also our king had a fridge, I had to request a microwave....and area to place anything was limited....small but cozy room"

"For a hotel that nice, We were really hoping for a microwave in the room. Mistake was to not check before. But the microwave they have there for common use is a 1 ft by 1 ft microwave 🙃 Do better guys. Other then that everything was excellent."

"Good location"

"Rooms were very small, booked because of hot tub, wish I would have known the hot tub was outside. Needs upgrades for sure! Would I stay again, nope!"
