"The staff in the breakfast room is working very quickly and good and they're helpful, when u need sth. The breakfast is good and more than average. Also they smile. Reception people are normal, not superfriendly.
The Hoya at the pool is working very hard. He is very caring and lovely with the kids, who go swimming there without parental surveillance, even if it's a rule there.
He is also friendly with adults of course, bringing the pool towels and he also is smiling.
