The hotel was very good, service was really good. The only thing is there was no toothpaste and iron but everything else was good. Reception was very helpful. Gift for our grandmas birthday was not disappointed!

The room was not clean first they give us first building the room was lik very very dirty and the whole building was smelling gas and it was back side of the building and we had garbage view Than they changed it to the other building but the hotel was not quite and u couldn’t Salerno at least till 2 am Breakfast was good and location was good The lobby was smelling very bad

We had such an enjoyable family stay. Animation team friendly and welcoming. All staff friendly. Facilities fantastic. Clean rooms. Cleaned everyday. Entertaining for the children. Great evening entertainment. Location great. Cross over the road to a lovely beach promenade. Easy walk to shops/cafes. Croc park great day out. Nice breakfast food choices. We didn’t want to come home. Not so good-

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was impeccably clean—thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. The kitchen team was also kind and polite, adding to the positive experience. Most of the receptionists, especially the young men, were professional and helpful. However, one staff member, Hajer, stood out negatively. She had an uncooperative attitude and misled me twice. This morning, she argued with me, refusing to assist with printing my boarding pass—contrary to her colleague, who was more than willing to help. Despite her coworker’s kindness, Hajer insisted they don’t offer printing services before 9 AM and dismissed my request without consideration. Given her poor communication and unwillingness to assist, I believe she is not well-suited for the front desk role. Additional training in guest relations and professionalism would greatly benefit her.

Stayed here for 4 nights s a couple & found the stay pleasurable & the staff were friendly, but there was a big shock when they were advertising on the website as all inclusive only to find out after we paid that it was breakfast only , so disappointed with that . I told them to address this confusion urgently for their benefit, but we still went ahead & stayed there & did enjoy the experience ! Chow !

Comment peut on catégoriser cet hôtel dans la rubrique luxe? l entrée est banale, le hall a du avoir son heure de gloire dans les années 80/90? l'espace aqua park est lamentable, l hôtel annonce une piscine chauffée, je téléphone pour en avoir la confirmation, la réponse est positive et quand nous arrivons, on nous avoue qu'elle n'est chauffée qu'en hiver! La chambre qui nous a été attribuée, compte tenu de notre mécontentement, était confortable et en plutôt bon état, mais dans l ensemble, le rapport qualité/prix est mauvais, compte tenu de la concurrence immédiate! je ne recommande pas, seul point positif: le monsieur qui s'occupe des bagages ou vous aide à appeler un taxi avec un sourire merveilleux
