"Excellent service and nice location if you want to go to the onsen"

"We have really enjoyed our stay in this ryokan. Staff were super helpful and considerate. We arrived late at night. There was someone waiting there to greet us, then showed us their onsen which was a heavenly experience after a long day. The bedroom is spacious and sealed with separate air conditioning, perfect for the hot July weather. There are extra bedding and pillows in the closet. There were balcony furnitures for relaxation. "Nice Facilities and staffs. Rooms are big. But a bit far from train station."

"Enjoyed our room and the tea. Didn’t have any problems sharing a bathroom and showers. The owners are awesome!"

"This is a great hotel—very clean and well maintained. The room is quite spacious for two people and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Amenities are available at the lobby for guests to take, which is very convenient. The hotel is also thoughtful to provide pajamas for guests to use during their stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is excellent, just about a five-minute walk from Nagano Station We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come...
