The location is good near the subway, eateries and Lotte shopping mall. Room is clean and spacious, even the toilet. Only drawback is that the shower is not able to separately close off from the rest of the toilet, so the whole area is always slightly wet.

Very convenient and comfortable. There is a convenience store nearby and a good coffee shop Yeon Kyung Jae down the block. Walking distance to BIFF square with tons of markets and shops there. Beds are firm and comfortable. Room was quiet and clean. Only things to note: there is only one room key available even for large parties. Also the shower floor can get slippery if you do not have shower shoes. Overall: I would stay here again next time I am in Busan, it was a great stay.
