"Hotel bed was so uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin and the fridge and ac units are extremely loud and kept waking us up multiple times during the night. The staff is awesome!!! Front desk Rep was an absolute gem but the stay was aweful as we could not get any rest. This was our first time staying at a Holiday Inn and unfortunately, this will be our last."

"Really nice place to stay. Loved the common area. Afternoon tea was a nice touch. Breakfast was ample. Rooms nice and the facility clean. Overall great experience. Housekeeping was nice. Front desk and kitchen staff not so much. They could use some attitude adjustment."

"Clean, quite and comfortable stay. Hotel felt new. Staff was helpful and accommodating - got us in to our room early for check-in. No complaints!"

"These kinds of hotels can be a bit cookie cutter, so when one exceeds the norm, it’s worth calling out. This hotel did. First, the breakfast was better than any I’ve had at one of these style hotels. They had fresh fruit and a better selection of everything. Second, the staff were exceptionally nice. Shout out to the very nice woman who staffed the breakfast for being warm and helpful. Third, the workout room was well appointed The front desk staff were as nice as can be. So, if you...

"Easy access from highway"

"This was our second stay at the hotel. Each time we have been blessed to have the same, nice, very polite guest services lady. She is always very accomodating and helpful."

"Very convenient for my plans"

"The bed was extremely comfortable. Very clean room. However, the ceiling plaster looked like it was repaired but poorly repaired, then painted. In the hallway the wallpaper was starting to peel from the wall but the carpet looked good- no signs of wear."

"Worst hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. Was on the 4th floor with a non working elevator. No blow dryers in the room. Floor in the room had chunks of hair on it when I checked in. During checkout times, they choose to mop the stairs making navigating down 4 flights with luggage a suicide mission. Hotel staff was unapologetic about state of hotel and just said there were no other hotels available since it was homecoming so good luck."

"There was not a bartender. However; the front desk was very helpful."
