"Absolutely love our stay every single time!"

"Our first time here. The check in was easy and the employee that helped us check in was super friendly and very helpful!! The breakfast complimentary breakfast was delicious!! Our view was perfect!! I will definitely stay here again!! Thanks again for your wonderful hospitality!!!"

"Súper bien me encantó"

"The hotel was clean and friendly. We were able to check in early and check out late, they were very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing! Location could t be better either, we stepped out onto the beach! We are close to amusements, restaurants, and not super far from groceries. 10/10 a great place!"

"Overall, it was an average stay, but the location right near the beach was a huge plus."

"Front desk was lovely and helpful. They stored our bags while we ate before check-in across the street. Breakfast food was good except that staff is AWFUL!! Rude. Cleaned up food well before allowed time to eat was over. Probably won’t stay here again for that reason. Has a shuttle to the cruise lines but for some reason they charge $20 a person for that. Poop and hot tub are nice but breakfast and shuttles in that area matter so if you need those AVOID this hotel. To end on a good note there is...

"I really enjoyed our stay except for the issue we had with our key working, our second day our key stopped working and had to wait over an hour for them to fix it just to have it stop again on our 3rd day. at this point they did move us to another room for our last night, but I feel they should have just moved us the 2nd day instead of trying to just fix it. the upgraded room was great, and my granddaughter loved the view from the balcony. overall we had a great trip and will stay again the...

"We had a good time close to moody gardens and water parks"

"I have consistently enjoyed my stays at this hotel, particularly due to the amenities available for my children and the professionalism of your staff. While I was pleased to be assigned the same room as my previous visit, I was disappointed to find that both the television and the room telephone were malfunctioning during this stay."

"They had several stains on the beds and bedding stains in the showers as well no blow dryers where in the room either a phone to call the desk"

"We Had a Wonderful Stay Thank You,room was amazing Breakfast was great"
