Hotel is nice and comfortable. Staff are very friendly, hotel restaurant serve good food with wide selections. Location is good, the Golden Fort is only 15 min walk. But some surrounding streets are dirty.

Avoid.

Bad front desk service; extremely slow to carry out a simple task. Food isn’t great - they should be able to get a good chef and cook more appealing meals given that the hotel is in the middle of Rajasthan. Comfy room but location is poor, staff are badly-trained and not interested in being helpful or doing anything at all above the bare minimum. Stayed here last-minute and would only advise booking if you have to do the same.

Staff was so so. The room heater was useless for a January cold day. Breakfast was absolutely ZERO for the price so we skipped it. Hotel is pricey. will not stay here again as the surrounding is dirty. Don't get fooled by the pictures

This is like a fusion between a corporate stay and a traditional looking hotel. The rooms are more towards modern look and the outside is very Jaisalmerian if it makes sense. Quite neat. The location is a bit far from the main event which is the Big Fort- Jaisalmer Fort and all other places you will plan to go and explore. This was a brand new property when I stayed here so everything was clean. I booked a twin bed room which was ok in size but the beds were too small, bathrooms were clean. Also have a complimentary breakfast which had minimal stuff you can have quickly to start your day. Friendly staff helped with arranging transport whenever needed. They also have details of the desert safari if you didn't book prior to your trip. All and all, a good experience.

A spanking new hotel with an old-world ambience, we loved our room! The India breakfast buffet was tasty and the option of eggs - omelet etc - was appreciated. Both dinners off the menu were also good.
