"I checked in an hour early because my room was ready. The room was very clean and it smelled of pinesol strongly. I love the layout of the room. I had room 304. The room and the whole vicinity is a bit outdated, especially the carpet and faucets etc. but everything was working. They only had decaf coffee in the room and I was not happy about that. Other than that, my family enjoyed the pool and hot tub at night. The ac unit doesn't work but you can just leave the windows open since it's cold outside. I would come here again, walking distance from Heavenly Village."

"What a fun hotel in Tahoe for families! There are daily activities for kids, a playground, and free popcorn and DVDs to borrow in the lobby. The grounds are covered in flowers and there is plenty of parking. The room we were in had a sofa bed and a queen bed, along with a pretty extensive kitchen and a bathroom with a large shower--essentially a studio apartment. We can't wait to stay here again someday!"
