The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had a ceiling fan which was a very nice touch. The decor was outdated and the room was dark but the property was in a great location in town. No breakfast but the price was right and the location was great.

Wonderful experience. Perfect location and perfect for our soccer team. The pool area was fantastic! My only complaint was no daily housekeeping unless requested and our shower had a lot of blowback from the shower head, so our bathroom was soaked after showers.

Well maintained and high quality accommodation for the price (Suite with two bedrooms, full kitchen, and living room with sofa pullout bed for only $200 per night, can comfortably sleep 6 people. Nice pool area and good location near Heavenly Village/Shops and short walk to Lake Tahoe beach. Only downside is the staff were somewhat rude during checkin and checkout.

I liked my stay at 3 Peaks, updated rooms and overall nice grounds, the staff was very friendly and helpfuland everything was clean. Pet friendly place which is great. The beach near them does not allow dogs.
