"We have stayed here may times over the years. They are very clean, well maintained, up to date. The staff is always extremely friendly. They are walking distance to many local shops and restaurants"

"Had the whole family over of 12, we all had an excellent time."

"We love staying in the yurts in Maggie Valley. They are always clean and private. This time we did get to see a family of elk."

"Great staff!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Bear Inn. Check-in was a breeze, our stay was not expensive and the best part was it is pet friendly so we were able to take our fur babies with us. The room smelled clean when we walked in and nobody bothered us the entire time we were there! We definitely recommend staying here to anyone who plans to visit Maggie Valley. We plan to stay there any time we travel to the area."

"For an unexpected last minute change of our hotel accommodations, we were so very satisfied with Bay Mountain Inn. We didn't know anything about this hotel so didn't really know what to expect. "Hotel is spacious. Has varieties of restaurants to eat at. Rooms are clean and very good size. Elevators are slow because I don’t think that they run all of them at the same Time."

"Super clean and very healthy Breakfast options. Highly recommend this location and property while visiting Smoky"

"The room we stayed in was recently renovated and still looked and smelled new. Decent warm breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was fully booked and there was not enough parking."
