Amazing location, amazing breakfast, beautiful room, very clean, friendly staff. As for cons, Laundry service was astronomically expensive, like 150$ for one load of laundry. The workers there don’t know the answers to many questions, and basic questions like “can I get a taxi?”, or “where is the bus station?”. But I WOULD stay here again!

The hotel's facilities were great. The reception staff were exceptional, very friendly and incredibly helpful, including advice about an adventure company in Jaca that took my son canyoning - it was a great recommendation. I would unfortunately have to say that the only exception to the fantastic service would be the staff in the dining room who came across as unapproachable and not very helpful.

I went on a skiing holiday. Not finding suitable accommodation in Candanchu or Astun, I had to stay in Jaca, at 30 km from the ski resorts. Too far. But not the fault of the hotel of course. On the other hand, the town has a variety of restaurants and 2 supermarkets are just behind the hotel. I wonder what segment of clients the hotel targets. Although several clients were also on a ski holiday, the hotel is just a solution by default.

It was an ok stay .Very nice young ladies both checking in and out .Breakfast always good selection even though you could practically build a wall with the bread rolls they were so hard .Evening meal was alright nothing special.

Overall, our experience was good, but the property was undergoing some renovations, the outdoor pool was not open, and sometimes food wasn’t available when the restaurant was open.

Very disappointing. The AC did not work, the WiFi did not work, and there were flies in the room that never stopped all night. Consequently it was a hot, uncomfortable, and sleepless night. Also, it is a 1.6 km walk each way to go anywhere in town for dinner or whatever, which was fine for me but some people may want to be closer.
