"We've stayed here before with no issues but this time were given room 319 and the heat/ac wasn't working right loud and would not cool the room constantly on and off all night . Beds are in need of replacing getting pretty worn out way to soft and sagging"

"Clean spacious room with great beds and pillow selection! Ac was quiet and adjustable. Shower we hot and had great pressure. Staff was amazing. Only thing is no Netflix but that is minor for all the other great provisions."

"I’ve stayed and several Sheraton four points in this is by far the most disappointing. My bathroom wasn’t clean and the complementary water was left over from a previous guess because it was half full. The elevator had crumpled napkins and the wallpaper was peeling in a few spots. The light fixture in the restroom in room 316 needs to be repaired. It appears to be an older hotel that could use some updating. The breakfast was just okay."
