"For a new hotel we had no hot water. Room was nice Breakfast was poor. The hostess seemed annoyed when asked about simple things like can we have some milk. Or can you get the pancake maker working. We usually have breads or muffins but not here. Although she seemed happy about getting food for herself to eat. When I or others asked the front desk person to help we thought she was talking to us but she was on her phone talking through her airpods She was on her phone all the time. Check in took long because all the staff were in the room on the left. Won’t stay here again. Thanks "

"Employees had zero interest in doing their job or being any sort of assistance, room was nasty. The elevator had cigarette butts everywhere. Stayed 4 nights, room was never touched nor restocked, called to front desk (took about 20 minutes to get anyone to answer) they informed me for the first time that the rooms only recieve housekeeping upon request. This was night 4 of my stay, the sign in the bathroom states anyone staying multiple nights will have housekeeping service every 3 nights. Overall awful, front desk stunk like weed as well"
