Great spot to explore from

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool, and onset were great. We had a junior suite which had 1 room with 2 single beds and an atami room with 3 futons. The room had a a small kitchen but no utensils, plates or cutlery. I imagine we could have asked for them but didn’t need them so didn’t bother. Seemed a little strange that these weren’t here but no big deal. It’s a great spot to explore the Izu peninsula from. We’d definitely stay here again.

Don't pick this hotel if you afraid of insects. All the insects aound the house, i stayed the room type is including private hot springs in the room. When night time all the insects were covering the balcony. I can’t use the hot springs or if you like to swim with the insects. Two Cockroaches were running in the room !!! I told these happens to the staffs when i check out. Well , they told me it is normal , it is natural. Staff didn't introduce the facilities to me. Toothbrush will be extra cost for 100yen

お部屋も広くゆっくりと過ごせました。レストランが夕飯は予約制で　到着した人からの予約という事で3時半に到着したものの既に７時半はいっぱいと言われ〜　何とか入れて貰えました。朝食は予約制でない為大変混み合いました。食事時間の事前予約や、待ち時間解消を願います。

プールに　温泉があったり　サイバーゲームや卓球等　夜迄楽しむ事がでました 部屋は　いくつか分かれていましたが　個室がしっかりしていて　マンションに入ったようで　ゆっくりできました　 大人数に　適しています

レストランのブュッフェは収容人数が多くないのか、希望の時間が選択出来なかったが、料理のクオリティは素晴らしく大変満足させて頂きました。 部屋も広くて快適でした。 大浴場も綺麗でくつろげました。

混み合う時期の対応(朝食予約が必要だと提示ないのに、チェックイン時に必要だと、してないから対応できませんと)が全く足りません。 なのに、スタッフ(管理職)の対応が悪すぎ、朝食が近くのコンビニでって、その後の管理職が親切で対応してくれましたが、前のスタッフの酷い言葉で気分が悪くちゃいました。

今年も利用致しました。犬同伴でお盆時期利用としてはリーズナブルだと思います。近隣に夕食をいただく施設が少ないのが毎年の難点です。満足度が高いので、また利用させていただきます。
