"This stay was a disaster for me and my disabled brother, with my needing to travel to a hard-to-find office inside the huge Central Station to be given the key---an 8 euro trip in a cab from the property ( or an 18 minute walk) from where we had arrived outside the locked apartment's courtyard--and in the rain with cases.
