"Diabolical!! Expedia take this hotel off your list! Looked abandoned it was so unkempt. Manager extremely rude and aggressive. Reception should have been open 1700 to 2300H. He arrived 1730H the first night and 1745H the second. Our code for the front door did not work so we could not access our room. When he arrived eventually he called us liars!!! We put our number in and proved to him it did not work. He then slammed the door shut causing small parts of the ceiling to fall on my wife cutting...

"Booked here last minute and couldn’t have been happier with the choice! We were greeted warmly and had a seamless check in. Our room (Deluxe King) was very spacious and we were treated to a true king bed! The room and bath were spotless and the shower is nice and big! My husband and I had an amazing dinner at the restaurant, highly recommend the beef tenderloin! Add this happy accident to our already amazing trip through northern France!!"

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le personnel était bienveillant et acceuillant. La chambre était jolie et bien entretenue."

"Le menu est correct mais servi au "compte goutte". Plus de baguette3/4 d'heure après le début du service.....Pas de pâte à tartiner, peu de jus d'orange , de yaourts et de compotes...voire il faut en réclamer. C'est dommage."

Grand lit confortable, grande douche très propre. 3 petites remarques pour être au top : - ajouter 2 petits verres ( en carton par ex. - bien préciser sur le site qu'il n'y a pas de sèche-cheveux - la matière du protège matelas fait transpirer. Mais, très satisfait et en plus, le personnel est souriant et sympathique. Bravo."
