"My family and I have stayed here twice! We love this property! Great for access to universal parks as shuttles are extremely convenient and it's literally next door to volcano bay! Even if not spending entire time at the parks so much to do at the hotel itself! We did bowling and enjoy the pool areas! Didn't get a chance to play the games in courtyard but was very intrigued by them! Maybe next time... ! My kids talk about when they have kids we will have to take them there for vacation! (Many years from now!)"

"Check in was very efficient, plenty of staff, GIgi was excellent and answered any questions we had. Great property, but very, very busy and a little tired looking in places, Room was clean and comfortable, with a great view. Jake’s bar was provided excellent dining options and service was exceptional with delicious food. The fast passes saved us hours of questing and were valid on the day of check in - park opening until the day of check out - park closing, "

"Traveled with my teenage son; usually we stay at Disney resorts, decided to try Universal. Gorgeous hotel, maintained so well, so clean, staff is super helpful and kind. Beds and pillows were so comfy! The pool is awesome, and the gym is really great too."

"Me encantó todo del hotel, lo único que no gustó fue la primera noche, avía un ruido que no me dejaba dormir la primera noche y creo que es del aire acondicionado que nunca paraba de soñar y estábamos en el piso 8 y la segunda noche del cansancio no me molestó, pero en todo lo demás me gustó."

"the rooms were quite clean, tidy and neat. One thing I didn't understand was why a Coffee Maker and No coffee, etc. I suppose that was to force one to go downstairs and wait in line at Starbucks? The food court was quite ample with plenty to choose from, although quite pricy! The pool and pool deck were amazing! Perfect for all ages , including babies and seniors. We definitely Loved the Free Shuttle to and from the different Parks!! Minimal wait times as the shuttle is a large bus with plenty of room for all! Thoroughly enjoy our mini vacay!"

"El resort muy bueno si vas con niño se divertirás mucho, no me gustó la piscina de niños tiene mucho cloro.la habitación muy buena llegamos a las 12 y 20 disfrutamos del water park y a la 1y 45 ya estaba lista la habitación. Por favor cuando vas a hacer el check-in hay una persona enfrente que intenta vender unos tour a cambio de una tarjeta de regalo de 120 , y tienes que poner un depósito de 75 , no se dejen convencer que no hay posibilidad de cancelar te hacen literal ir obligado es a 30 minutos del hotel y el tour dura mas de los 90 minutos porque te intentan vender estancia en el hotel y la gif card es solo para gastar en e l hotel , ella te engaña de q puedes usar en tickes de parques es mentiraaaaaaa todo. Disfruten sus vacaciones y no pierdan 4 horas ( entre tour e ida y vuelta)por 120 dolares"
