Motel sans prétentions et décent
Bon Accueil. Les chambres tel que décrites. Les installations sont un peu vieillotes, par contre, tout était parfaitement fonctionnel et l'eau était chaude. TV HD Récente et refrigérateur dans la chambre. Les lits et la litterie étaient propres et confortables. Petit déjeuner continental décent. Le café était bon.

I like the view from where I stayed. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Overall it was a good experience. However, it was expensive and for that price there were some important amenities that are missing like microwave and iron. Nevertheless, I am still coming back to enjoy the view next time.

Microwaves are equipped only in our chalets. We have a microwave on our terrace and one in our restaurant for your access 247.

Great stay for 1 night. Very clean and very friendly owner.The breakfast was basic. Only comment would be that it is lacking signs because it was hard to find at night.

It share a road with an adjoining hotel. I went to that one first and found our assigned room had not been clean, then found out I was at the wrong place. It has unique characteristics but needs some money put in it to update. Water was not drinkable. TV only had 2 channels and they were in French. Key did not work to lock our door

Le ''check in'' a été pénible!! Nous avions réservé une chambre avec un lit simple et un lit queen. Quand nous sommes arrivés le propriétaire chinois (que nous avions de la difficulté à comprendre) nous a dit que nous avions réservé une chambre avec un lit double. Une erreur d'Expédia d'après lui. Nous avons dû payer un extra de 50$ pour avoir une chambre avec 2 lits. Nous avons attendu 1 heure pour avoir notre chambre. À notre départ je lui ai montré la preuve de ma réservation. Il n'a jamais voulu nous rembourser le 50$ d'extra!!! Il n'a pas été courtois et ne s'est jamais excusé!!!

Situer sur un très beau terrain , chambre asser grande mais besoin d'un peu d'amour , la toilette était craquer, la tuile du bain aussi , le caulking du bain est due d'être changer et les lits ne sont pas très confo (a mon gout a moi) .Il n'y a pas de cable alors 3 postes de télé en français seulement .J'ai voulue aller marcher dans le sentiers mais pas super entretenue. Alors pas possible de le faire au complet.pas de machine a café dans la chambre non plus .C'est correct pour une nuit .

I did not go to the hotel. Unfortunately Expedia listed this property as being in Riviere du Loup. After arriving from Halifax at 11:00 pm due to an accident driving through Amqui, we searched for a hotel. Expedia listed this as being in the area. When the confirmation came through we saw that it was in Isle aux Coudres, QC - approximately 3.5 hours away!! Expedia needs to state there is nothing in the area when searching. I have travelled with them before but this left us more frustrated in an already frustrating position... needless to say we got back on the road and stayed at a rest stop. Highly disappointed!!

If you are honest, you can ask for refund and we will refund you, but you did not,I know you come from Ontario and i know you live in room 21. at that night there is only 17 degree outside ,but as your request, I give you a big fan. You are four big adults ask for one small room. Next time spend a little bit more money for a bigger room please. Thank you

The office, restaurant and main areas were gorgeous. Where we stayed and most of the other guests was away from the main area and very disappointing. One bed was rock hard, no air conditioning, The carpet and bed coverings were dingy looking. There were about four channels on the television. On the positive side, bathroom was very clean, towels sheets and sinks clean. Nice view and fairly private. Felt a bit like a camping trip.

We really appreciate your comments and agree that some rooms might need little changes. No hotel offers air conditioning on the island. For the TV, we only have the channels that we can receive our here. We are glad you enjoyed your stay would be please to have you again.

All of our guest come for the view and the beauty of the island. The large tides might make the ocean appear very far at some moments of the day. And it is true we are not on the sea side, this location is helping us to provide a very green and quieter environnement for our guest as there is a road along the whole coast of the island. This a cheap motel, they should not charge 156 per night, and the restaurant is super expensive for low class food, filet mignon at 30 $ was not even 1/2 inch thick with a lot of nerves ... Location awesome , hotel should be at 70 a day , not more, and no potable water available

We stayed only for one night at this hotel because every single accommodation in the area was sold out that weekend. The location was not bad. It was a peaceful place surrounded beautiful nature by the river. People at the hotel were all friendly but no English speaker there, so a middle-school-aged boy managed our payment with a credit card to check us in. He was friendly and spoke English nicely but I was so shocked. The room was clean but tiny with old simple furniture, and you should be aware of no drinking water nor A/C in the room. Water in a bath tub looked yellow and I was uncomfortable to take a bath or shower. The mattresses were old coil spring and a bit lumpy. The main buildings was nice and relaxing.

Some of our rooms are small. but we have many big rooms. A bigger room is just 10$ more per night. All rooms on our island has no A/C installed. because we do not need air conditioner and it is cool here. I do not know which room you stay, the water should be good. We have already changed our mattresses in all our rooms. Please tell us which room you stay, we will go to check it.

Good place overall with nice view
Good experience but could be a bit more clean on the floor (some dead bugs at a couple of places around) and the neighbours could be heard while they talked. We could hear their tv too.

Hôtel très vieillot qui n'a pas été rénové depuis les années 80 mais propre. Les propriétaires offrent de bons services mais un peu cher pour la chambre. Souper du soir avec seulement deux choix. Déjeuner du matin très ordinaire (muffin, oeufs a la coq, toasts, café). Nous avions une chambre avec une belle vue sur le fleuve.

Déjeuner continental qui n'en est pas un
Environnement magnifique mais hôtel d'un autre temps. Le déjeuner, soi-disant continental, est vraiment décevant et servi dans des assiettes et tasses en carton. La literie était propre mais plusieurs lampes ne fonctionnaient pas, la porte de la chambre ne fermait pas à clé, la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas, robinet du bain qui fuyait. Et la piscine est plutôt une pataugeoire. 2 nuits pour nous c'était le maximum qu'on pouvait tolérer.
