"The property was nice overall. The beach and location were beautiful. We had a premium suite which was nice but I’m not sure what the difference was in comparison to the others as they had the same square footage. We upgraded due to complaints about the regular suites and hoped that would make a difference. It was a very tight fit for two people. Having a bath and a half was a plus. The restaurant downstairs was excellent. The staff there was more than accommodating. Parking was easy. The beach was easily accessible, clean and not crowded. Our negatives were that there was hair in the bathroom sink, shower and on the bed. The half bath sink was stopped up and the bed slept terrible. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. The bedroom only had one lamp and we were able to charge our phones due to having extended charging cords. All in all we would stay again as the things that we had issues with weren’t enough to ruin our trip."

"Very comfortable room and bed. Had a waterfront room, so gorgeous view of the Battleship on the Cape Fear. Love the tile in the bathroom. Gym isn't large, but quite adequate. Only thing I missed was having a minifridge."

"The room did not have a working phone. ? Of why there was a shower cap over the smoke detector. Maintenance did respond to the issues after the 2 nd time we asked! Took the cap off the smoke detector but phone was not fixed. Housekeeping did not make the beds between days. No trash done in our room. We reported this to front desk on our way out!"

"Very dirty outdated rugs in hallway were terrible, no hot water in the shower. Pool was an indoor pool which was not operational. Staff was not helpful. Very disappointed in my stay here. I would never stay here again. It was certainly not worth $200."
