"It was an decent stay. Convenient to everything. Staff was nice. We had a clean room. Breakfast lasted until 10am, which was different, but probably because it was microwavable mostly, but waffles were freshly made. They may have been short-staffed because there were a few things that could have had been better far as clean property. The hallways where the stairs are were; that wasn't cleaned daily? Trash cans that sit outside the door that isn't the main door we're piled up 2 days. Mostly it was a pretty fair place. This place could use a very much needed update. I remember staying here a few years back and I think it was in better condition than it is now."

"Check in was swift and the lobby looked very nice. Everything in this hotel is bright and has color which I like instead of that boring minimalist look. The room was very clean and modern. Totally loved the pool. I loved the cabanas and the fountains in the pool. It was just a nice vibe and when the pool lights come on, it looks even nicer. The hotel being connected to Hotel Lela could make you have to park further in the lot, but it wasn’t that much of an inconvenience. There were a lot of guests this weekend, so our floor was a little noisy. A few guests had dogs so anytime the elevator opened this one dog would bark. So prose that they are pet-friendly. Con is if you’re not used to dogs barking at night or if you have a little one trying to sleep. This was also not far from the beach. Wrightsville Beach is closest, but I visited Carolina Beach and that drive wasn’t bad at all. It was also a short drive to downtown Wilmington, which made it convenient. Overall, I would definitely return and I would probably want to try Hotel Lela just to see what those rooms are like."

"The hotel is fairly new, so iy was clean overall. The main issue for this hotel is the fact that you can hear EVERYTHING! You can even hear your next door guests talking. Also outside noises are easily heard, which makes light sleepers to wake up back to back. Luckily for me, I'm far from being a light sleeper, but in other hand, my fiancé is alight sleep, which made it difficult for him to sleep well. I think when they built this building, they should've paid more attention to soundproofing, but guess they missed thst big part. Other than poor soundproofing, everything else was great. But I'm not sure if I would rebook next time I visit Wilmington."
