"I was a little disappointed there was no microwave in the room or even an ice bucket. You have to go to the front desk to ask for one. Staff was very very nice friendly place was clean. I would stay again"

"This is our second time here at this 50's style hotel. We love that it's steps away from the beach and that it's pet friendly. Most people are respectful with their dogs too. It's not too close to town which means less traffic on this part of the beach, but for those that desire a smaller crowd and extremely friendly staff then this place is for you. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a high end rental home but there is something like taking a step back in time with the pastel colored rooms and simplicity that we appreciate. The view is great with all the units in the hotel having access to a covered sitting area. There are a few restaurants within a mile or so and we wished we had discovered the deli sooner; the beach shop grill is nice too. Both seem to have live music in the warmer months. I hope this review is helpful!"

"One of the two elevators wasn't working so that made it take a while to get up to the 6th floor. (We just took the stairs instead) Breakfast was good but not excellent (ran out of syrup, tables not cleaned regularly.) Kiwi strawberry water was great! Staff was very pleasant. Smoking guests out at the pool made us not want to use the pool."

"Could tell Motel 6 made some upgrades and done some remodeling but no hot water in the bathroom sink but we had hot water in the kitchenette sink. We loved the fuller size frig, large microwave, cook top, garbage disposal. The room could use new mattresses on both beds. Fix all the loose electrical outlets. The air conditioner worked great! The worse thing about our stay was the people beside us was banging on doors and walls and cursing every night around 2:00AM for several hours. Domestic dispute I guess. The room had nice working functioning locks on the doors and I never felt unsafe."

"Very nice hotel, staff was fine. Way overcharge for their “shop” with no prices, so just don’t. Room was nice and clear, but walls are super thin and had a very rowdy set of neighbors. Breakfast is awesome"
