"The pools, ocean front and view from our balcony were beautiful. The front desk and restaurant staffs were friendly and accommodating. Our rental unit, however was outdated and dirty (hall maintenance closet full of dust). The last night of our stay we turned the tv on for the first time to find the picture scrambled, which the tech staff was unable to fix. What was upsetting is upon checkout the next morning the manager questioned me about it as if we had broken it, and also made some unprofessional comments about the technician. It put a damper on the whole stay."

"We had to leave this hotel and find another place to stay.
The bathroom was dirty, the floor was dirty and the room was hot and humid (damp) - the smell was horrible.
The staff that checked us in was very nice and wanted to be helpful but was unable to do anything about the problem because we booked through Expedia.
I do not recommend."

"Great room rate. Very reasonable fee for a dog stay. Good size room, with living room/kitchen area and separate bedroom. Very well landscaped.
Here's the but.....Rooms need to be kept cleaner. Tiled areas of the floor in kitchen and bathroom were filthy! Bathroom smelt stale. Breakfast is only continental, with waffle maker. Attendant did not keep food items and condiments well stocked. Had to ask to get a response."

"Overall my stay was nice but a coffee maker in the room and clean floors in the room would've been better. My feet were filthy after walking around the room so I had to throw on socks so I wasn't getting into bed with dirty feet. Also, the rooms facing the parking lot need better black out curtains because there was too much light in the room all night."
