"Very warm and welcoming staff-allowed us to stow our bags prior to check in. Room was clean and bright-lovely view of the street through huge windows. Hotel is undergoing renovations but it did not interrupt services. Thoughtful room amenities-coffee machine is perfect. Location is great-walkable to all parts of Old San Juan and located amongst shops and restaurants. Will stay again!"

"Loved staying here. It was centrally located in Old San Juan and was walking distance to most things we wanted to check out in this area. The hotel was excellent with beautiful architecture, clean facilities, and friendly staff. It was also perfect for a couples vacation as it felt appropriately secluded, romantic, and peaceful being a smaller, adults-only hotel."

"The location is amazing, lots of restaurants and bars steps from the place. The main plazas and castles are 15/20 minutes away. We got the apartment on the basement and it was perfect for us (me, husband and 6 month old baby). With the feeling that we were living “back in time” the room has a big bed, a crib and nice living room area (with a mini fridge) that we hangout when it got too hot out. The Terraza is 10/10 we wish we had stayed longer in town to spend more time there."

It is a historic building so there is dampness/moisture scents however, with the air conditioner it was fine. The location is amazing and the room was very quiet at night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location and would recommend it highly."
