"The hosts are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room is clean and accommodating. The rooftop area is delightful for relaxing, the breakfast delicious, and the hot tub relaxing while overlooking the city. Location is excellent!"

"The room looks recently renovated and was clean. This is a motel-style hotel (entering from the outside). Our room was facing the back (beach-side) so it was quiet, only the sound of the waves! We spent 6 nights there and it was secluded with a few places to eat nearby and great views on Old San Juan on the other side of the Bay. However, one absolutely needs a car and it was no problem parking at the hotel. The staff was responsive and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Friendly staff and great location right in the heart of Old San Juan. Despite what Hotels.com says you dont need to wait for an email from the hotel or arrange anything with them ahead of time. The front task is staffed 24/7 and they were wonderful. This place is about a 10 minute walk to the cruise port (although beware, there are 2 cruise ports in San Juan). Would definitely stay here again. Great value!"

"The hotel is beautiful! The room was spotless. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect in the middle of old San Juan. It allowed us to walk around easily to enjoy the whole city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to add time and switch rooms as a result. The housekeeping staff coordinated with us to make sure we could just move from one room to the next without waiting. I would stay here again without question."

Room clean, bed comfortable, very large bathroom, nice robes and slippers, complimentary water and coffee in the room. Very happy with our short stay before the cruise. Would stay again."

"Beautiful house! Furniture was comfortable. Clean and plenty of linens. Rooftop view of the city was great! We were only there due to an unexpected situation and didn't get to fully utilize/enjoy the space, but we are very thankful for the stay. Would note that staying in Old San Juan is noisy: you can hear cars, music, talking, etc during the night from inside. That's part of it but maybe not great for everyone. "
