"Beautiful room overlooking the Kenya National Park. Everything was clean. I love seeing all the African themed art, absolutely beautiful. The food was SO good. Every single employee was outstanding, kind and helpful. We ended up having to extend our stay due to a canceled flight back to the US, but honestly I love being here. The pool is wonderful, the grounds are beautifully landscaped. We recommend staying here."

"A convenient location close to airport. Has a restaurant and movie theatre. Very clean and wonderful staff! Story time: my son and I were visiting from the US to see our family for the holidays and he accidentally broke his leg. I was of course heart broken as this was a very important family trip. I am not exaggerating when I say the entire staff there took such good care for us and did practically anything to keep a smile on our face. They steadily became family to us. The guest relations staff, the chief and Peter and Evelyn would check in with us daily. The staff cleaning would do the same. The security staff, Luke from the bar. I’ve been to 45 countries and have never experienced such a warm welcome and loving team. We thank you all for helping to turn our lemons into sweet lemonade. Many blessings to all of you. "I traveled to Nairobi, where I was picked up by a staff from hotel. Stayed at the Troy hotel for two weeks. I had plenty of dishes to choose from. The staff checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was greeted going out and coming in. I was asked what would I like for breakfast the next morning. This experience was delightful being a single traveler. I recommend Troy hotel. It gave a family friendly atmosphere."
