The staff are suoer helpful and due to a scammer tour operator at the airport, I could not find the driver of the hotel shuttle. The security guard and police at the airport all worked with the scammer tour operator. My daughter in America was able to mail the hotel and the airport shuttle driver at the airport was there all the time. He waited patiently for 2 hours for me! Really good service!

This is a wonderful hotel to stay in Nairobi. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer lovely views of the city. What truly makes this hotel special is the exceptional staff, they are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely go the extra mile to ensure guests feel cared for. When I wasn’t feeling well, they thoughtfully provided room service, which I truly appreciated. The airport shuttle service is a great added benefit. The driver was friendly, helpful, and shared useful tips for enjoying my stay. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Was a fantastic place for a night after landing late at the airport. Driver from the hotel met us at arrivals, even though we arrived after midnight. Rooms were huge and clean and the beds comfortable. Excellent shower too.

The place overall was good - the rooftop restaurant was wonderful. The room, not so much - the TV never worked at all in the room, and the shower only had very cold water. Other than that, it was good.
