The location was very good and the staff were brilliant. The hotel inside is in need of works. There were holes in the celing and dated throughout.

Three night stay with the family

Good location and nice pool / spa area. Big and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The backyard view from another room was bit of a disappointment. Exceptionally helpful service in the reception. In the breakfast the diary products and juice should have been far colder and the scrambled egg could have been warm.

The Hotel Terme Oriente was an excellent choice for our 5 day vacation on Ischia. The location was good with accessibility to many shops and restaurants. An especially attractive feature was the thermal spa, which allowed for several relaxing experiences as well as swimming in the warm water outdoor pool.

Location was excellent near to the port and in the middle of shopping possibilities and near to Restaurants. Some corners could be renowated, but I was Happy with my room. The pool and spa area were nice and the staff was friendly. Overall I was Happy choosing this hotel.

Fint hotell med supert renhold og hyggelig personale. Utmerket beliggenhet i gangavstand til strand, shopping og buss. Heisen på hotellet var veldig liten, men ingen problem å ta trappene. Koselig plass, med fint basseng og spaområde. Anbefales!

Hotel accogliente e con parecchi confort. Le stanze più economiche sono un pò strette e senza troppe comodità, ma il personale è disponibile e va incontro al cliente su tutto, per quanto possibile. Belli gli spazi all'aperto e le piscine termali e posizione centralissima.

Iniziamo con i punti forti. L’hotel è nel PIENO centro.. a due passi da qualsiasi cosa possa essere utile. Supermercato, mare, bar di qualsiasi tipo, ristoranti. Il personale è gentilissimo, super disponibile nel risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema/informazione etc. Molto carina l’idea di mettere libri di ogni tipo ovunque. C’è una terrazza con due vasche idromadsaggio calde. La piscina è molto carina, consiglio solo di aggiungere qualche lettino. Abbiamo pranzato una volta in hotel e ci siamo trovate molto bene. Il prezzo, considerato tutto ciò è davvero molto molto conveniente. Ora ciò che non ci è piaciuto. La pulizia della stanza. Lascia a desiderare. Inoltre una volta che si bussa e c’è ancora qualcuno in stanza la risposta corretta dovrebbe essere “ripasso più tardi”, soprattutto se è di domenica alle 9 di mattina! Capisco che voi stiate lavorando, ma noi siamo in vacanza e vorremmo avere il piacere di rilassarci. Inoltre un po’ di manutenzione dell’hotel. Le pareti sono davvero sottili ,si sente tutto e la luce filtra dalla porta.

Nah am Hafen, sehr Zentral gelegen! Supermarkt und Bank, sowie Busbahnhof in der Nähe. Hotel ist einfach aber hat alles auf dem Zimmer was man braucht. Alles ist zu benutzen ohne Zuzahlung.
