ランドリーも洗剤も無料、レンタサイクルも無料で良かった 天然温泉は女湯は24hのうち、1.5hのみしか入浴できないのは不便だった。 客室には風呂場がないため、大浴場を使えない時はフロントでフロア浴室を使うための申請をして鍵を借りなければならないが、フロント対応時間も午前中は不可なため、中々に不便かもしれない。

Blood stain on sheets, chair broken, smokers on non-smoking floor, mattress & pillows hard as bricks, room adjacent to main road so noisy, no dining, breakfast is a cold bento box. Good shower and staff.

I like everything! The staff members are very kind, so professional and super polite! They waited for my arrival at late night! I got every information what I asked for. The room was perfect, very clean, convenient! I had a nice staying at Isahaya Terminal hotel!
