"I liked the hotel—great location and friendly staff. However, I was disappointed by unexpected charges at checkout. I paid about $91 at check-in, which I was aware of based on my Expedia reservation. But the additional $145 charged at checkout was never disclosed during the booking process. Greater transparency about fees would have made for a much better experience."

"Stairs to enter the property which was awkward at night with suitcases. We checked in at 10 PM and had to wait 10 minutes for the single attendant. The room was good, comfortable bed and well decorated. Close to convention center, easy Uber just felt on the edge of sketchy."

The host Also , we ended up going to Riggs for breakfast one morning because the breakfast menu was very mediocre and eating it for 3 days in a row got very old . Dinner menu is not bad but also only if you eat there once , they don’t even offer daily specials that would add a little variety . "
