We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were nice & beds were comfortable. Loved the bathrobes & slippers. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to be near the metro and it was a nice walk to the National Mall. The neighborhood is beautiful. I would definitely stay again.

Overall a good experience. Our toilet sometimes had a drip noise, then it would go away so I didn’t call for service. The dining options seemed overpriced and we did not like the coffee from Doyle’s. The room was quiet and the location is wonderful for other restaurants and access to Metro.

Great location and very friendly staff. The front desk could be more attentive — at check‑in they didn’t explain the room locations or mention upgrade options. The door staff were exceptionally helpful. Easy area to walk around for coffee or a quick bite. Room view was terrible — I’ll remember to request a higher floor with a street view. With the heavy rain, we had planned to spend some time in the restaurant before going out, but it was unexpectedly closed for a private event.
