Overall I would give this place a 7 out of 10. It was clean and near shopping and dining areas. The second floor apartment was a nice size for a family and the bedrooms were air conditioned. However, the kitchen/dining and living room areas were unbearably hot with no air conditioning. We had to turn on fans to be able to sit at the table. I would reconsider this apartment only if they updated with air conditioned family room to also cool the kitchen/dining area.

be careful people when knock my door to collect

after my payment was regular collected by Travelocity, other who administer the house send a text that they need to collect extra charges in cash, i told them i don't agree, they went and knock my door at the premises. So be careful, the location is for 9 guest.

Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. It all worked out but i was very leary if they were scamming me. Home was lovely. Could use a few more items in the kitchen like a toaster. Laundry onsite was very helpful.

Great open concept property with 3 great size bedrooms. Located close by Playa Jobos, Playa Montones and great restaurants. Easy access to highway. Highly recommended.

El día de mi estadía se fue la luz , antes de llegar, ok no hay problema, el problema fue que no estan preparados para esto no había ni una planta eléctrica ni lintrenas de bateria ni velas ni fosforo, Total oscuridad claro sales varias horas, comes pero regresa y nunca llego la luz eléctrica lo menos que puedes intalar son luces solares o de baterías .te aconsejo preguntar si ya tienen planta porque la vas a pasar mal el hotelito mas barato tiene un planta eléctrica con lo que pagué esa noche pueden comprar una y sobra imagínate varios dias así en tus estadía.

Franco was easily accessible via text message and his neighbors were informative and friendly. The place was stocked with everything that we could need from coffee makers, to coffee filters, pots, kitchen ware, etc. In addition the decor was simple but very comfortable. My husband and I shared part of the trip with three other adult family members and everyone slept comfortably and well. We highly recommend staying here and will do so ourselves on future trips.

we never ran out of water

I like that it has ample parking at the houses and that it is in an urbanization that is quiet and safe. Although the water in Isabela left, it did not affect us since they have a huge cistern with a motor and everything went smoothly. We would stay again.

I really liked that all the beds are comfortable and all the beds are covered with waterproff matress protectors, that is very hygienic. The house is very large and the air cools super well. They have all written standards and have wifi. The urbanization is perfect and only passes local traffic, it is very safe if you go with children. The Staff sends you the information on how to get there and the code by text and it is excellent. But if you need anything just call them and they help you. We leave an additional tip to the maintenance staff for their good work. Although the house does not offer the washer and dryer service we had long stays of more than 5 days and we asked for it and they gave us the keys to used at no cost, it is only a matter of requesting it. The cost was as specified on the page, we received no surprise because we read the rules and the small letters.

The property is great, comfortable, clean. It doesn’t have a laundry so we had to go to a laundry a few minutes from the house, but other than that it’s a great place!

Very big house

We are so grateful for your service Francisco. You were always their for us. We are so blessed for having an opportunity like this one. Your Home is amazing, we had everything we needed. Its beautiful and its in a great location. Your home for us was like a dream beach home come true. We had such a great time in and out of the home. The best 3 days ever in July. This home is so huge, super clean and it has everything you need. My family and I are already making plans for next vacation. We highly recomend this home you wont regret it.

One of the best stay ever

We loved the place! We found this place to be the coziest Hotels.com (after staying in many) and found it sparkling clean. Felt very personal and there was obviously much thought put into the design and friendliness of the space. GREAT place for a group or family.

Waoo, que casa sorprendente. Nos quedamos un grupo de 8 personas y valio la pena. La casa es grande, las camas son comodas, los 3 cuartos tiene aire acondicinado, hay 2 grandes banos y ducha y bañeras y videt. El luegar es tranquilo, la limpiezas esta impecable. Recomendamos la casa para actividades grandes o grupos grandes. Gracias por todo. Volveremos.

It was a very clean property however Expedia said one price and they charged me an extra 85$ so be aware. The air was nice the tv had maybe 3 channels and there wasn’t an iron on the property. It was very spacious and the kitchen was great

Experiencia fatal en Colinas del Atlantico Isabela

La experiencia fue fatal. Cuando llegue a la ubicacion que me envio la dueña de la casa habian otras personas quedandose y la estadia era para sabado y ellos salian el domingo de la residencia, luego intento comunicarme con la dueña de la casa y no me contestó nunca. Me tuve que ir del lugar sin rumbo en un pueblo que no conozco absolutamente nada y depues de media hora me devuelve la llamada cuando ya yo me encontraba bien lejos del area y me indica la dueña de la casa que fue un error de ella porque me habia enviado la localizacion de otra casa que ella tenia para alquilar que como yo le habia puesto en la reservacion que eramos dos personas ella me cambio la casa del anuncio que decia que era para 8 por una mas pequeña. Pero a la casa que me envio el google maps por la localizacion que ella me habia enviado inicialmente era la casa del anuncio que salio en hotels.com pero que en realidad no era la que ella me habia alquilado, osea que fue un anuncio engañoso. Para terminar el relato tuve que dormir en mi auto en un pueblo que no conozco nada ni a nadie. La peor experiencia que he pasado en mi vida con una supuesta estadia. Los peores administradores de una casa para alquiler y despues ligados con hotels.com que es una pagina de internet tan prestigiosa! Denigrando la pagina! No vuelvo a rentar con hotels.com y mucho menos con el administrados de Colinas del Atlantico en Isabela. No lo recomiendo para nada mi gente, no les vaya a pasar la misma experiencia que yo vivi!!
