"Guests should note that there is just one elevator, half way around a very large courtyard from the lobby. We were shocked by how far we had to push our luggage cart. There is no free coffee, which is fine, but they sell $4 drip coffee, which is tepid no matter what time of day"

"My car with handicap tag was safe in front of office.but my husband and I are unable to walk the length to our room without knee,ankle and back pain acting up.We had to make the walk several times to get our food.Could have used a closer room ours was a block or two away."

"It wasn't that bad. I gave 4 stars because I found fake eyelashes in my bathroom. Plus the pool was warm but the pool area was super cold. Everyone was sitting with either a sweater or towel wrapped around them. Breakfast was great. Staff was pleasant. I would go back."

"Staff was great but very disappointed that the lounge/ bar was not open on a Saturday night. I booked this hotel specifically for the late food/ drink option. We were in town for a nearby basketball game and was looking forward to the convenience of getting a late night snack and drink back at the hotel with my family. Would have like to see that when I booked that it was closed and not advertised as an amenity. "
