"AC was good. The room in general was good, except for the leak on the ceiling that nobody ever came to fix because they said it was “a lot of condensation “ and they didn’t have USB or USB-C chargers on the wall.
Staff was NOT nice, almost rude.
Breakfast was very good. Location is great if you want a 15-20 minutes walk to the terminal."

"The executive suite was very large and the view of copacabana beach and sugarloaf mountain was beautiful. The only issues we had was one toilet did not work for our entire stay and we had issues with our blinds. There were also lots of stains on the carpet and furniture. Some of the furniture was not in great condition, but overall the room looked generally nice.
The staff were generally friendly.
There was an incident while we stayed where multiple guests got trapped in one of the elevators...

"Came here for Carnaval, do it was a busy time of year. The property is situated in the middle part of the famous Copacabana Beach with short walk to the metro station. The check-in was easy and quick. We had a room on top of building with partial view of the beach. Christ the Redeemer was also visible through our windows. The room was spacious and clean. "I loved this hotel. Modern and well located. I wish I had stayed here instead, it's much calmer and safer than Copacabana and it was fun to walk 20 min and take a ferry over to the city. The beaches outside of the hotel were just as nice though. The breakfast was amazing with so many options. The view from the pool was unbeatable and the steam room was an unexpected bonus.
Not a ton of restaurant options right near the hotel. "
