Fairly close to GIG airport, very reasonable price and was in a safe and convenient location for food options - great variety of food options in the mall opposite the hotel. Staff are helpful, great service, location and cleanliness. No complaints! :)

The hotel is somewhat new and the rooms are alittle small but it's very clean, with fresh linens and modern amenities. The location is conveniently good, not too far from the international airport and just across the street from the hotel lies a large mall that offers plenty of dining options at any restaurants to choose from. The front desk staff was helpful and professional throughout my stay.

No frill in the middle of nowhere.

No frill hotel for locals. It is far from any interesting area of Rio. There is a large middle class shopping mall directly across the street. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. The bed was comfortable. There was no safe in the room contrary to advertised.

The property is located in a very unsafe areas at foothill of violent favela. It shouldn’t ever be recommended in this site. It’s a shame and loss of my money. People with kids or just couples must not ever stay at that location.

The worst experience ever in my life. I had to pay for internet out of my own plan a day. The manager was rude, and I was threatened by the staff, that If I kept complaining I would have to find another place to go to. There are cockroaches on the wall at night, that I had to kill. The food and customer service are horrible. The place is nasty. The ad should be taken off Expedia. I tried to call you to tell you this but my phone is out of range

Peca apenas no estacionamento

Um ótimo hotel, poderia melhorar somente em uma coisa. Como o estacionamento é pequeno e não comporta todos os hospedagem com veiculo poderia ser feito uma parceria com algum estacionamento para que os hóspedes pagassem apenas um valor simbolico, ou então que no momento da hospedagem fosse colocado a opcao de estacionamento onde tb ficaria reservado uma vaga para quem por ventura fosse ao hotel de carro.

Descaso com a segurança do hospede

Infelizmente tivemos alguns apontamento que para nós acabou sendo um momento desagradável 1. Nosso quarto estava com a pia do banheiro entupida e com isso subia um odor fortíssimo. 2. Quanto a garagem: rampa de acesso péssima tanto para subir quanto para descer. 3. Durante o check-in informamos que iríamos em um evento e retornariam por volta das 23h , e fomos orientadas a enviar msg para que pudessem abrir o portão, e assim realizamos, enviamos msg , ligamos e ninguém respondeu, ficamos aguardando o segurança. 4. Quando o segurança chegou em vez de abrir o portão, ficou passando a placa do carro , fazendo contato com a recepção e ficamos ao lado de fora, com criança no carro, vários veículos passando em alta velocidade, motos , o que nos deixou totalmente desprotegido. 5. O segurança é do Hotel, e a recepção não deixa nenhum controle, pelo menos foi o que ocorreu conosco, ficamos por alguns Minutos esperando alguém chegar e quando chegou alguardando autorização para entrar. 6. Detalhe o hotel cobrou 30 reais a diária do estacionamento e não tem nenhum controle de quem está estacionado? Por que pediram para avisar pelo whatsapp se eles visualizaram e não responderam, ou melhor, responderam após 3 horas praticamente. 7. E quando conseguimos entrar na garagem praticamente não tinha vaga , o segurança mandou inserir o carro no final da garagem, local cheio de lixo, com pouco espaço, mal cabia meu carro. 8. E devido a logística da rampa ainda ralei meu carro e ainda paguei 30$

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das B&B Hotel zu empfehlen (Flughafen 20 Min entfernt). Gegenüber befindet sich ein Shopping Center - sehr praktisch und ein gutes Speiseangebot. Leider ist es im Hotel relativ laut. Wir waren auf Etage 8 und hatten einen Jugendgruppe auf dem Gang, die mitten in der Nacht eine Party auf dem Flur und in den Zimmern gefeiert hat. Dagegen war die Hauptstraße kaum zu hören.
