Really recommended hotel. I left my wedding rings. Thought was lost but cleaner that clean our room named Farah found it and took at the same place. Very honest staff. Rare to find the good honest cleaner this day.

Pleasant place to stay.

Rooms are clean, bright and spacious. The view is great. Location is quiet and serene. Water pressure is good and hot water in the shower is plentiful. The only unfavourable issue is the wi-fi. It is virtually non-existent, and has been like this for every occasion of my stay. Seemsoon Hotel need to address this important problem urgently as it can lead potential guests to look elsewhere.

Decent hotel.

Room is generally OK, with bright windows. Would have been a great stay if not for the extremely poor Wi-fi. Most of the time there is no signal, resulting in dropped connections. In fact one of the guests in another room had to check out and move to another hotel in order to get a proper wifi for his work. That is a shame.

Tv only received tv3. No other channels. Shampoo n shower gel had to put on the floor while bathing. Toilet basin water too big. Splash everyway when I slowly open it. And very noisy, you can hear walking, shouting, banging n talking. I don't recommend

Stayed at non smoking 2 single bed room at lvl 5. Good comfortable room for the price paid. Shower water pressure is very good, heater also working fine. Free Wifi was no good had to use own data. Parking limited in front of hotel. Sometimes have strong cigarette smell coming from outside into room thru front door. Quiet except can hear ppl slamming doors next door. Very good location, walking distance to popular area for food. Overall is a good hotel if u just need a place to sleep.

Great for the price

Welcoming staff and great service. Rooms were spacious and maintained to an acceptable standard, although a little grubby. Free breakfast was provided, but I could see all sorts of bugs and creepy crawlies near the breads and jams.

Nice hotel in a great location.

Overall it is a pleasant stay. The air-conditioner is cold and the room is clean. Furnishing is a bit old though.

Even though 2nd floor is non-smoking floor (only 6th floor is smoking floor), but when I checked in my room full with cigarette smell, I had to open windows and turned on aircond with high fan speed until evening only the smell gone. I know you can't control the previous customer, but you should have done this before next customer check in.

1. No parking when come back late . When issue addressed hotel guard said this is not 4 star hotel . ( pissed me off ) 2. Water pressure inconsistent. 3. No internet / WiFi connnection in the room. Staff Only informed me of internet faulty when I addressed the issue failure of connection . 4. No floor tower available at bathroom entrance . Everytime need to dry foot on carpet after shower .

The room is acceptable for business trip. Simple but good breakfast. No cloth hanger and no soap/shower lotion tray in the shower room. The floor of the shower room is wet due to no divider of the shower area and the washing basin.

A little run down but good location

The family room is spacious. Adding 2 more chairs and a small table would be nice. Stingy on toilet roll.... for a family room they gave only half a roll even after requesting for extra the following day. You can skip the breakfast nothing interesting. Take a short drive to town or nearby eateries. Ample parking space !
