"No regular coffee in the room. Asked at desk and they said they don’t supply any, only decafe. Next day asked again and very rudley said here this is all we have and gave us 2 kpods. The room has a regular coffee maker so didn’t help. Room was dirty and the first morning our room power went out. ..."
