"The Raeburn is located in a very lively neighborhood. The property and rooms have a very boho feel to them. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. My main complaint is that the rooms are right above their outdoor bar which on a Friday night was very loud until well past midnight. On a different occasion we may have visited the bar and enjoyed the vibe however we had a very early flight to catch and needed to go to bed earlier than midnight. I probably would not stay here again...

"Everything was wonderful, we really enjoyed our stay at Rígh Residences and wished we could have stayed longer. Beautiful decoration with a wonderful fragrance in the lobby and corridor felt elegant and cozy, everything was clean, the help from reception was amazing, the location was perfectly near everything. Will book again for sure next time we travel back to Edinburgh!"

"We stayed in the deluxe 2 bedroom unit and it was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms had black out curtains. I sent a message in advance asking for the beds in one of the rooms to be separated and they were each made with their own duvet and bedding, which we really appreciated (they were separated a couple of inches which was sufficient for us). We arrived around 12:30 and were able to store our bags at the The Scotsman Hotel. I sent a message asking if the unit was...

"Bed was comfortable, location was great. They downgraded us without asking so we had a double bed rather than a king and a much smaller room. This was disappointing as the reason I booked with them was the larger bed. It was also quite hot with the heater pipe and the window only opening three inches or so."

"Clean , walkable to all locations old and new town , Directions to location and communication exceptional. Laundry , kitchenette in room, clean bathroom , large living room . "Room even nicer than expected and very comfortable, amenities appreciated, and everything you need. Washer/dryer guide is under the sink. I would recommend this to anyone. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and ample space."
