"Very comfortable accommodation in a beautiful historic building well located in Haines. Jeff was very helpful in recommending what to see and where to eat."
"The history surrounding this building is amazing (in WWII the Army used it as a Hospital!). Check in/out was easy, the beds were comfortable, the ceiling fan was appreciated (summer), and it was fairly quiet. My only request would be for them to stock Orange Pekoe tea (there were many other teas available). Highly recommend staying here!"
"Amazing place to stay in Haines. Clean and spacious. Nice artistic details. Helpful owners. Felt like a home away from home. Walking distance to battery point trail. We loved our stay and will 100% book again on our next visit to Haines."
"We stayed at five different hotels over two weeks, and this one was by far the best!!! The room was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Having a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and all the essential amenities made a huge difference – it was perfect for preparing our own meals and enjoying a relaxed, comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the separate dining and tea tables, which added a cozy touch and made the space feel more like a...
"Very quiet. Clean rooms but bathroom had a couple of hairs in the tub. When we stayed a few days ago that room was clean. This one also needed a rug cleaner. "
"Gorgeous property. Lovely rooms. They don’t offer room cleaning if you stay multiple days. So knowing where to take out the garbage or walking down to get toilet paper really didn’t march the hotel. It is a beautiful clean room. So nice. But having to get my own toilet paper and walk with towels down the hall doesn’t really match the appearance of the hotel because it is so nice. "
"Bear in mind that you are in an old (territorial old) building. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities in the room and common areas to meet a travelers need. Slept like a baby. The shower wasnt (and by virtue of the age of the building, cant be) high pressure. Stay here for a comfortable, cozy, lodging experience that gives you a sense of life of historic Ketchikan. Would Stay again any time Im in Ketchikan"
"Check in was easy. Staff was great. It felt very home like. The homemade scones were very tasty. The hot tub was very clean and my husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. If we go back to Juneau for any reason we will be booking a stay again at the Silverbow Inn. "
"Exceptional and surprisingly unique property.
We had a lovely suite w/ an exceptional bathroom/shower and huge TV.
Mattress was great!
Common spangles and airport shuttle were tip top."
"We loved our view of the harbor from our room. It was interesting to watch the boats come and go. We were entertained and amused to watch the deck hands fillet fish efficiently and effortlessly at the end of each fishing day. "
