The room was a nice room, but could’ve used a couple of foot stools and more options to hang clothing, especially wet clothing. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful and enjoyable to talk to you. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay thank you to the staff

No fire place. That’s what sold me on the room. I had to work on the toilet to stop it from running. Not a working drain plug in the hot tub. Some of the lights were not working. Your accessible ramp had snow piled up at the bottom, blocking access. My expectations for the price were definitely not met.

It was so cute and sweet I really liked it and the breakfast was very good very good my husband liked his breakfast we were actually there twice we were there one day and then we went to skagway and kept her suitcases at the other Best Western and then when you went back for a couple days later and this place is so so nice it is really very very nice I like it a lot it's like a baby breakfast it's very sweet and cute I like that a lot

Love this hotel! I have now stayed there 3 times in the last few months during my visits to juneau Alaska…. They property is great , the room are incredible and massive bathtubs ! The staff is very friendly and so accommodating and the included breakfast is so yummy!
