"Checked in after a flight from Cairns where we had a fantastic Marina view room with the sunrise through our balcony to the bed every morning. Of course we knew the high-rise Hyatt Regency was not going to beat that, but a city skyline or river view from a high 15th floor room would be good. We had a 5th floor view of a rear lane. Close the drapes and enjoy the super comfy bed and clever room layout. Plenty of breakfast places within 5 mins walk. Right on the CBD doorstep."
"We stayed overnight so we could walk up to the cliffs for riverfire. This reasonably new hotel was great! There is a full fridge, microwave, and kitchenette. The continental breakfast was ample and surprisingly make cappuccinos too. It was simple to bus into the hotel, so we didn’t have to pay for parking. The rooftop pool and area is also very nice. The price was reasonable too and we enjoyed our short stay."

The valet parking was easy and convenient.
The hotel is situated well but for the city centre, shopping and restaurants it could be quite a walk for some ( about 1 - 1.5 miles) for us it was no problem "
"Right next door to the Gabba which was perfect for the footy. Very friendly receptionist, comfy beds, self contained if you needed and a welcome bag of goodies. Would highly recommend."
"An absolute delight to stay at, very easy access, rooms immaculate and quite. Had 2 nights and considered staying another night it was that impressive. Had possibly the best night sleeps in a very long time, that is testament to the bedding. Comfort wise the room was a 11 out 10. It was just a great 2 nights away Thank You to the Intercontinental for making it great!!!"

"The location is great, close to convenience store & city centre. For the room, I love the big comfy bed & very big mirror on the table & adjustable light & cold air-conditioner. However, I hate small annoying sounds in the room that I don't know if it comes from air-conditioner or other things in the room."
