"We chose the Queen suite on the 6th floor it made for a nice view of the ocean and pool area. There's lots of pools and my 5 year old loved having so many options. The beach bar was nice to have on site and the property looked just like the pictures. Everything was clean they did a good job at cleaning the outdoor area and pools. The only complaint I have is that they text you offering if they can help with anything but end up just telling you where to go to get what you need. We went to get towels and no one answered the door at housekeeping, they might have been on break no big deal but they could have just informed us someone can bring it later not sure why reach out if I still have to leave my room. I can see this being a little more of a problem for older guests that don't want to do the extra walking. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was a good price and we would stay again! "

"This is a very misrepresented property. I have many many pictures to show the condition of the room that we were given. The beds were horrible. They were so bouncy and spongy with no support. But there were pieces of drywall out black marks on the wall poor poor workmanship in the bathroom remodel. I have pictures. It was just terrible."

"Nice clean hotel. Nice pools. Funny policies on debit/credit card. They would not allow my wife (who was with me and had her ID) pay the resort fees of on her card. This led to overly complicated check-in and might prevent us from staying in the future. We have never had this problem with Ocean Reef down the street. Also, someone kept ding dong ditching our door in the middle of the night. Security being more present would have prevented this Overall not a horrible stay but probably wouldn't return to this location "

"Quick check-in. Clean spacious room. Towel service every day. Adequate parking. Overall a nice quiet stay."

"The rooms were very clean. The beds comfortable. Enjoyed the ocean view balcony. Loved the complimentary breakfast buffet tickets. The breakfast was wonderful with many selections of food. Enjoyed the DVD rental card with many selections of movies. Liked having the laundry facility to wash our clothes before leaving. The bathroom was quite small and shower curtain wouldn't stay closed when showering but we made it work. Didn't like that housekeeping didn't clean the room while we were there. The floors could have used mopping after tracking sand in from the beach. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall this is a great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again."
