Staff were over worked and doing multiple jobs as best as they could and as quickly as they good. Tending bar, taking orders, waiting on tables - just one person! They really struggled at breakfast with a coach party all coming down to eat at the same time and only two waitresses and one chef to handle everything. "We stayed here for 2 nights and everything was good. All the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and steam room were good. The gym was probably the biggest one I've seen in a hotel. Plenty of parking available. We slept very well here. Overall a great experience and we'd visit again, but have dinner somewhere else."
